Terms of Service — SpiceStore

1. Acceptance

By using SpiceStore, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our platform.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice. Product images are representative; actual colour may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed after payment verification. We accept Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Cards), Stripe, and Cash on Delivery. COD has a ₹29 handling charge.

4. Shipping

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days. Express: 1-2 days. Free shipping on orders ≥ ₹999. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

5. Returns & Refunds

7-day return window from delivery. Items may be returned when damaged, tampered, wrong, or defective, and in other cases when the product is unopened and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SpiceStore including logos, product images, and text is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
